12. NOSSA collects and stores all website visitor's IP address (Internet Protocol Address). Visitors to the NOSSA site are cautioned not to send any threatening or harassing messages to the NOSSA site. The organization will pursue civil and/or criminal charges against any violators in order to ensure the safety and security of our members. In addition, NOSSA will prosecute anyone responsible for tampering with the NOSSA site.
