The National Organization of Short Statured Adults maintans a firm customer-service oriented policy of promptly addressing the needs of all current and prospective members. If you feel that you have been treated unfairly or unprofessionally by any representative of NOSSA, you may file a formal complaint with the President. If your complaint involves the actions of the President, you may file a formal complaint with the Vice-President. All complaints will be investigated thoroughly. If disciplinary action is warranted, it will be implemented.
